We work on a success fee model.
Remuneration is only due after you:

The amount of compensation will be calculated as a percentage of your contractual annual income. The exact formula will be contractually agreed upon before the start of employment.
If you decide to terminate employment during the probationary period, there is no obligation to pay – the corresponding regulations are already stipulated in the contract. All obligations are transparent and legally soundly documented.
How is my personal data protected? Are you GDPR compliant?
We process personal data strictly in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation).
