How is the remuneration calculated? When do I pay? What happens if I cancel?
We work on a success fee basis.
The remuneration is only due once you have:
• received an official contract
• your work has been taken up
• actually receive your first salary.
The amount of remuneration is calculated as a percentage of your contractual annual income. The exact formula will be set out in the contract before you start work.
If you decide to leave your job during the probation period, there is no obligation to pay – the relevant regulations are already stipulated in the contract. All commitments are transparently and legally soundly documented.
How is my personal data protected? Are you GDPR compliant?
We process personal data strictly in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation).
Your CV and personal information:
